Trancoso
Passei a lua de mel em Trancoso e recomendo o lugar para quem quer passar uma semana curtindo a praia e as paisagens.
Ficamos hospedados na pousada Capim Santo. A pousada é excelente com ótima comida e uma recepção muito carinhosa.
Para quem quiser curtir ainda mais o lugar recomendo alugar um carro e ir conhecer a praia do espelho.

Terminamos com sucesso a corrida 10k Corpore SP Classic / Zumbi dos Palmares
Mantivemos o mesmo ritmo durante toda a corrida e completamos a prova com 1:09:37' de tempo.
A dupla de DBAs do Banco Santos (Edilson à esquerda e eu) provaram que tem folego para aguentar os seis meses de intervenção do Banco Central.
Com o acompanhamento da minha médica particular completei a corrida sem exagerar no ritmo e dento dos meus limites.
A galera ficou animada com o resultado e muitos ja estão inscritos na São Silvestre.
